…Synopsis…
A cool and dry air mass with high pressure will be maintained over
much of the East as an upper trough exits the East Coast. While the
tail end of a cold front will drop south across Florida during the
day, very dry air and warm temperatures aloft, as well as a lack of
meaningful lift, should preclude any thunderstorms. However, shallow
convective showers will be possible over south Florida during the
afternoon.
