Dense fog has a 50% chance of returning tonight across the entire area. Visibility reductions under a quarter mile may make seeing road obstacles difficult or impossible.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Each morning through Sunday, there is a chance for dense fog to develop across the Tri-State area.
