 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  This afternoon and evening, isolated storms may produce 65 MPH wind gusts. Favored area for this threat is west of Kansas Highway 27.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  A prolonged rain event Saturday through Monday night has a 30% chance of producing areal and river flooding. Most likely areas impacted will be south of I-70.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
