Localized wind gusts up to 70 mph are the primary threat. Secondary threats include dime to quarter size hail, blowing dust reducing visibility to less than a mile, and flash flooding for this evening.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...
