 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Air temperatures and heat indices ranging from 100 to 105 degrees are expected over portions of northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska this afternoon, mainly east of Highway 83.  A severe storm cannot be ruled out late this afternoon and evening, mainly north of Interstate 70.
