 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Patchy fog may develop over portions of northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska around sunrise this morning. Brief visibility reductions of less than one mile are possible.  A few severe storms are possible over portions of northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska late this evening and early Friday morning, mainly north of I-70 and east of Highway 83.
