YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Severe storms are possible tonight, moving into northeast Colorado by around 8 PM MT and continuing east into the remainder of the area by 9 or 10 PM MT. Large hail around an inch and wind gusts up to 70 mph are the main hazards. A brief tornado may be possible as well.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Severe storm chances continue on Wednesday. Storms will develop in Colorado after 4 PM MT and then move east into areas generally south of Interstate 70 through the evening hours. Large hail, damaging winds and a brief tornado will be possible.  Isolated severe storms are possible Thursday afternoon and evening. Threats for large hail, damaging winds and a brief tornado continue.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions.
