 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  There is a chance for severe storms, mainly south of Interstate 70, this afternoon and evening. Wind gusts up to 70 mph and hail around one inch in diameter are the main threats. There is also a low chance for flooding.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Saturday and Sunday, heat index values may near the mid 100s.
