This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT... Scattered thunderstorms will move across eastern Colorado after 3 PM MT and reach the Kansas border area between 6 and 9 PM MT before weakening. A few of these decaying showers or storms could produce wind gusts of up to 60 mph and patchy blowing dust through midnight before dissipating. Low visibility in blowing dust can cause hazardous traveling conditions. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY... Scattered thunderstorms will develop in eastern Colorado after 3 PM Wednesday afternoon and move across northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska between 6 PM and midnight MT. Damaging wind gusts in excess of 60 mph and blowing dust will be the primary hazards, but a few instances of large hail will also be possible.
