YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Severe storms are possible late this afternoon and into the overnight hours, along and north of Interstate 70. 1.5 inch hail and 55 to 65 MPH wind gusts are potential hazards with storms today. Storms may cause damage overnight, have multiple ways to receive warnings.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Saturday, severe storms are possible during the afternoon and evening hours across the entire area. 1 to 2 inch hail, wind gusts around 70 mph, blowing dust, tornadoes, and flash flooding are all possible. These storms may cause damage and interrupt outdoor events.  A severe storm or two is also possible Sunday afternoon and evening.
