This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TONIGHT... Watch summary: Tornado, Severe Thunderstorm, and Flood Watches remain in effect across the Tri-State area into the evening and overnight hours. 80 MPH winds, hail up to 2 inches, a couple tornadoes and flash flooding are possible from these storms. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY... Severe storms are also possible Tuesday afternoon and evening. Scattered storms are expected by mid afternoon and continuing through early evening. The main hazard on Tuesday will be damaging wind gusts of up to 75 mph. Winds of this magnitude may produce blowing dust and dust storms which can lower visibility and cause hazardous driving conditions. Critical fire weather conditions are possible Tuesday afternoon and early evening with a Fire Weather Watch in effect for northeast Colorado and adjacent counties of northwest Kansas. Low humidity, gusty southwest winds and dry fuels will combine to produce dangerous and unpredictable fire weather behavior.
