 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A severe storm or two is possible this afternoon and evening. The main threats are wind gusts up to 65 mph and blowing dust. These threats may pose a hazard to property and would interfere with outdoor holiday events should they occur.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Tuesday sustained winds up to 45 mph are possible, localized blowing dust in Eastern Colorado may reduce visibility to less than one mile.
