A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect for most of the Tri-State area. 1 to 3 inch hail, 60 to 80 MPH winds, blowing dust, and tornadoes are possible. Damage to life and property is possible from severe storms.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Severe storms are possible Sunday and Monday afternoons. 1 to 3 inch hail, 60 to 80 MPH winds, blowing dust, and tornadoes are possible. Damage to life and property is possible from severe storms.  Prolonged critical fire weather conditions are possible Sunday and Monday afternoons, mainly along and southeast of a line from Norton, KS to Cheyenne Wells, CO.
