YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  Thursday, there is a 5 to 10 percent chance for a few severe storms during the afternoon and evening hours for the entire area. Wind gusts up to 70 mph and hail up to one inch in diameter are possible.  Severe thunderstorms will be possible this upcoming weekend, favoring northwest Kansas on Saturday and the entire area on Sunday. It is too early to say with confidence where the highest risk will be or timing details, but on Sunday supercells with large hail, severe wind gusts and a tornado threat will be possible.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
