YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Winter Weather Advisory continues for eastern Colorado through this afternoon. Snowfall accumulations up to 5 inches are expected and visibility dropping down to 1 mile at times in heavy snow. Travel may become hazardous.  Tonight and Thursday morning, temperatures are forecast to cool below freezing. A Freeze Warning continues for areas along and west of KS 27 and a Freeze Watch remains to the east. Sensitive vegetation may be impacted by freezing temperatures.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  Freezing temperatures continue to be likely Thursday morning.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Active weather across portions of the Tri-State Area is anticipated. Spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions.
