This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT... Isolated to scattered storms will develop between 2 and 5 PM MDT this afternoon in northeast Colorado. Storms will then move east across the area through this evening, some severe, ending by midnight MDT. The highest confidence for severe storms is in northeast Colorado and south of Interstate 70 in northwest Kansas, where an isolated supercell capable of producing large hail, damaging winds and a brief tornado is possible. Blowing dust and localized dust storms could develop near any thunderstorm. Impacts include, but are not limited to, the threat of injury from falling hail or broken tree limbs, localized power outages and low visibility in plumes of blowing dust. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...
