 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  There is a 30% chance for freezing fog this morning for counties along the Nebraska border. While chances are low, be alert for a slick spot or two.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Wednesday, there is a 5 percent or less chance for a severe storm to develop in the area. If a severe storm does develop, large hail is the most likely threat.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
