This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT... A Red Flag Warning has been issued for the entire Tri-State Area Saturday afternoon to early evening. Southwesterly wind gusts up to 40 mph and very low humidity will lead to the potential for fires to get out of control. A High Wind Watch remains for the entire area as a strong cold front sweeps across the area on Saturday night into early Sunday morning shifting winds to the north. Wind gusts in excess of 60 mph and sustained winds of 35-45 mph are forecast. High winds can lead to dangerous travel conditions for high profile vehicles. These winds may also produce pockets of blowing dust and / or snow with less than a mile visibility. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY... Strong to damaging winds are forecast to continue through the day Sunday with gusts in excess of 60 mph forecast. Dangerous travel conditions for high profile vehicles remains the main impact. Blowing dust resulting in visibility one mile or less is also forecast to continue through the day as well. Air quality could also be impacted due to the dust. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
