This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT... A Red Flag Warning is in effect through the early evening across the entire area. Wind gusts of 30-50 mph are forecast along with humidity in the low teens. These conditions will lead to the potential for rapidly spreading wildfires. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY... A Red Flag Warning has been issued for Friday across Yuma and Kit Carson counties. Should a fire start it would have the potential to get out of control and spread rapidly. A strong cold front will sweep across the area on Saturday night into early Sunday morning. There is a low chance, around 20%, that this cold front is accompanied by wind gusts in excess of 60 mph and pockets of blowing dust. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
