 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  An isolated strong to severe storm or two are possible overnight tonight, mainly northeast of a line from Oakley, KS to Haigler, NE. Large hail and damaging winds are the primary threats if a storm can form.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  An isolated strong to severe storm or two are possible early Friday morning, mainly northeast of a line from Oakley, KS to Haigler, NE. Large hail and damaging winds are the primary threats if a storm can form.  Rain will mix with or change to snow Friday afternoon through Friday evening. Visibility restrictions down to around a mile and sick surfaces can be expected in snow which may impact travel.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
