WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  The next storm system will bring snow to the mountains and higher foothills this afternoon and evening. Total snowfall amounts of 2 to 6 inches are expected in the mountains. If heading to the mountains later this afternoon and evening, expect snow covered and slippery roads in places. Rain showers are expected below 7000 to 8000 feet MSL.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday  Warm and dry conditions are expected this weekend and Monday. Tuesday may be very windy with critical fire weather conditions as a fast moving storm system breaks down the high pressure aloft.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed but snow reports would be appreciated.
