YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Red Flag Warning is in effect for counties across eastern Colorado. Low relative humidity and wind gusts of 40 to 55 mph will lead to very high fire danger. Should a fire start, it will likely grow rapidly and be hard to control.  The strongest gusts may periodically lead to pockets of blowing dust and brief visibility reductions in eastern Colorado early this afternoon, particularly downstream from the burn scar in Yuma County.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Active weather across portions of the Tri-State Area is anticipated. Spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions.
