 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Hazardous travel conditions associated with 1 to 3 inches of accumulating snow, northerly winds gusting to 40 mph, blowing snow, and black icing are possible starting late this afternoon. Locations south of U.S. 36 have a higher risk of travel impacts today and this evening.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Hazardous travel conditions associated with 1 to 3 inches of accumulating snow, northerly winds gusting to 45 mph, blowing snow, and black icing are possible through Friday afternoon. Areas along and south of Interstate 70 and west of highway 25 appear to be most at risk.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Active weather across portions of the Tri-State Area is anticipated.
