 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  No hazardous weather conditions expected.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday  Elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions expected Thursday in the foothills, with locally critical conditions possible Friday and extending into the lower elevations as gusty west winds strengthen.  Mountains will see light snow Friday into Saturday, favoring the northern ranges. Slight chance for precipitation for the lower elevations Saturday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
