WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Snow showers will move across the northern Colorado mountains today, with accumulations of 1 to 4 inches above 10,000 feet, and light showers down into the mountain valleys. The snow will diminish this evening. Scattered showers will move over the plains with a cold front this afternoon and evening, with an isolated thunderstorm possible. Brief heavy rain and wind gusts to 50 mph are possible. Outside of the showers, wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph can be expected behind the front, diminishing overnight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  It will be windy again in some areas on Tuesday, with gusts of 30 to 40 mph over the eastern plains and the mountains ridges. The Denver area and mountain valleys will not be as windy.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
