Locally heavy rain and nuisance type flooding will be possible this afternoon centered around the Tri-Border counties of Yuma, Dundy and Cheyenne, where 1-2" will be possible.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...
