YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Dense fog has been observed in parts of Southwest Nebraska and neighboring counties. Be alert for rapidly lowering visibility this morning.  Severe storms are possible for most of the area, favoring counties near the Colorado border. Hail around one to one and a half inches is the main threat, though hail up to 3 inches in diameter could occur. Wind gusts of 60 to 70 mph are also possible.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  There are low chances for severe storms daily through at least Saturday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon.
