WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Numerous showers and thunderstorms will develop over the mountains through this afternoon, with some of these spreading east across the I-25 Corridor and adjacent plains late this afternoon and evening. Some of the storms will produce locally heavy rain, with 1-2 inches possible in a 30-45 minute period. This may lead to localized flooding, with recent burn areas being most susceptible to flash flooding.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday  The weather pattern will remain active with scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms through at least Thursday, with a gradual decrease thereafter. Any of these storms will be capable of producing locally heavy rain. The greatest risk of any storms producing flash flooding would be Wednesday and Thursday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight. However, any reports of heavy rain or flooding will be appreciated.
