 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Winter Storm Warning is in effect today for Rawlins, Decatur, Norton, Thomas, Sheridan, Graham, Logan and Gove counties in Kansas and Red Willow county in Nebraska, where total snow accumulations ranging from 4 to 8 inches are expected.  A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for the entire Tri-State area late this evening and tonight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...
