Hazardous weather is not expected at this time. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY... A Winter Storm Watch is in effect Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon for the entire Tri-State area. Heavy snow is forecast for the watch area. The majority of accumulating snow will occur Tuesday night through Wednesday morning. Hazardous travel conditions are likely. Consider alternate travel plans. Dangerously cold wind chill temperatures as low as 15 degrees below zero are expected over much of the area Tuesday morning and Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning. Even colder wind chill readings, as low as 15 to 25 below zero, are expected Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Wind chill readings of this magnitude may quickly lead to frostbite and hypothermia in unprotected humans, pets and livestock, especially during prolonged or repeated exposure. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
