WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Snow will develop overnight across the southeast plains, and spread eastward into the Palmer Divide and eastern Denver metro early morning, impacting the morning commute. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday A storm system will bring snow to eastern Colorado and Palmer divide Thursday morning with activity decreasing by afternoon. However, there is still some uncertainty as to how far north the snow will be. At this time, the highest probabilities for accumulating snow and slick travel conditions are over the Palmer Divide, southern and eastern portions of metro Denver, and the adjacent plains eastward through Limon and Akron. But there's still a chance the snow moves as far north as Boulder and Greeley. The far eastern plains may see a rain/snow mix. Warmer and drier weather will return on Friday and continue through the weekend. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
