YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Light to moderate snow is forecast to begin tonight with accumulations currently forecast around 1 to 2 inches. There is a 20-30% chance of localized heavier bands of snow which may lead to swaths of 3 inches or more mainly west of Highway 385. A wet snow is expected which may bring additional stress to trees and power lines.   .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not anticipated.
