YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  A light wintry mix of rain, snow and freezing rain will begin Wednesday night and continue through Thursday afternoon. Snow amounts of generally less than one inch are expected in the Colorado and Kansas border area, but up to 1.5 inches is possible in far western portions of Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties in Colorado. Confidence in freezing rain occurring is low, under 10%, and would only amount to a trace or a few hundredths if it develops.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
