 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Wind chill readings will approach 10 to 15 degrees below zero after midnight for portions of Graham and Norton counties in northwest Kansas. West of these two counties, single numbers below to near 10 below zero.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Monday morning wind chills will fall to near 15 degrees below zero for eastern parts of Norton and Graham counties in northwest Kansas. West of these two counties, single numbers below to near 10 below zero.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
