This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Areas of dense freezing fog this morning across much of the plains and urban corridor. Snow will develop in the mountains and plains this afternoon and evening, leading to slick road conditions. Light snow may also impact the urban corridor late in the day, but confidence in accumulations and road impacts is considerably lower for this area. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday Snow will end across the plains Sunday morning with little to no additional accumulation expected. However, the high country will continue to see light snow through the day. Another system will bring widespread light snow to our forecast area on Tuesday. On Tuesday night, low temperatures will reach the single digits and some areas may get close to zero degrees on the plains. The higher terrain will have below zero temperatures. Blustery conditions across the far northern and eastern sections of the plains on Thursday with temperatures in the 30s and wind gusts to 40 mph possible. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight. However, any reports of accumulating snow will be appreciated.
