A period of near critical to locally critical fire weather conditions may accompany a modest cold frontal passage Thursday afternoon, as winds abruptly shift to the north at 25 to 35 mph while relative humidity readings approach 15 to 20 percent.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
