 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Widespread frost and freeze conditions are forecast across the region Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. A hard freeze is possible across those in the Freeze Warning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Fire weather potential increases Wednesday and Thursday across the area as southerly winds gust around 45 mph. A Fire Weather Watch has been issued for Wednesday.  Blowing dust is possible across eastern portions of the area Thursday afternoon and evening.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
