YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Near critical to locally critical fire weather conditions are expected along and west of the Colorado state line as southerly winds gust around 25 mph.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Scattered thunderstorms are forecast to develop across the area Wednesday evening. Isolated severe wind gusts around 60 mph will be possible with any storm. The greatest severe threat looks to be along and north of a McCook to Flagler line.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not anticipated.
