YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Storms are likely over portions of the area on Thursday, mainly in northwest Kansas with a cold front. Best chances will be along and east of a Norton to Hoxie to Leoti line, where a line of storms are expected to develop between 2 and 3 PM MT, moving east and exiting the area by around 9 PM MT. Damaging wind gusts will be the main threat, with perhaps a few instances of large hail and a brief tornado possible.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected tonight.
