YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Strong to severe storm potential continues through the night mainly south of Interstate 70 with wind gusts of 60 mph and hail up to quarter size possible. Torrential rainfall will accompany these storms leading to localized flooding.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  A severe storm or two may develop across western portions of Kit Carson and Yuma county Friday afternoon with large hail and damaging winds the primary hazards.  Another chance of isolated severe storms is possible Saturday across the area.   .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not anticipated.
