These storms will be capable of producing heavy rainfall, which could lead to localized flooding issues across the burn areas, and in locations that have recently received heavy rain. A few strong to severe storms are also possible, mainly east of I-25 this evening. Stronger storms could produce damaging winds and large hail. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Friday through Sunday there will be scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms over the mountains with isolated storms on the plains. The primary threat these storms will pose is strong wind gusts potentially above 50 mph. There is a limited threat of flash flooding on the recent burn areas, mainly on Friday. Elevated fire weather conditions may develop across the foothills and plains this weekend due to warm, dry, and breezy conditions. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
