Be alert if you live in or just downstream of these burn areas, and be ready to take action and move to higher ground if flooding, rockslides, or debris flows are observed. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected over the forecast area this weekend, most numerous over the high country. Locally heavy rain is possible with the stronger storms during the afternoon and evening hours, with an elevated flash flood threat across the recent burn scars. A few severe storms with large hail and gusty winds are also possible on the plains.
