Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible for areas along/west of Highway 25 Saturday afternoon/evening. Wind is the main threat.  A prolonged period of hot weather will affect eastern Colorado next week, beginning on Sunday. Temperatures are likely to approach or reach 100 degrees each day, hottest on Tuesday and Wednesday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
