YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Strong to severe thunderstorms with wind gusts of 60 to 70 mph are currently forecasted this afternoon and into the evening. Portions of Yuma and Kit Carson counties look to be in the relative greatest potential for severe weather. Localized blowing dust with visibilities down to a few miles is also possible this afternoon.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Strong to severe thunderstorms are again possible Tuesday with Slight Risk and Wednesday with a Marginal Risk. Damaging winds are the primary hazard both days with large hail and heavy rainfall also a concern primarily for Tuesday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation may be required.
