YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  There is a chance for an isolated severe thunderstorm or two through mid evening west of a line from Abarr to near Goodland and Scott City. Large hail and gusty winds will be the primary hazards.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  High temperatures around 100 degrees are currently forecast for much of the area Friday and Saturday. Heat indices are currently forecast to approach 100 degrees east of Highway 25 both days.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
