YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  High temperatures approaching or exceeding 100 degrees are expected across much of the Tri-State area on Wednesday. Similar temperatures are expected across portions of the area on Thursday, mainly along and south of Interstate 70. Heat indices will remain at or below the air temperature.  Scattered thunderstorms may develop over portions of the area Thursday afternoon. A few severe storms capable of producing large hail and damaging winds are possible, should storms develop.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
