 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Flooding from earlier thunderstorms is ongoing across eastern Kit Carson county in Colorado as a Flood Warning is in effect; please abide all road closures and do not drive around barricades.  Fog is forecast to develop Sunday morning and persist through mid morning. Locally dense fog is possible.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Fog is forecast to persist through mid morning; dense fog is possible.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not currently anticipated. Spotters are encouraged to report any flooding to local law enforcement however.
