 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  A Red Flag Warning has been issued for Tuesday for Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties in Colorado, and Wallace, Logan, Greeley and Wichita counties in Colorado.  Near critical fire weather conditions are forecast south of Interstate 70 Wednesday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
