YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  The Tri State region will be under a risk for severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. Threats will include large hail, damaging winds and possibly a few tornadoes. Locally heavy rainfall is also possible, creating a potential flooding threat in some areas. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for a portion of the outlook area. Please refer to the latest watch product for additional details.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  A few thunderstorms will be possible through Sunday afternoon across portions of the Tri State area.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon and evening.
