 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT... Near critical to critical fire weather conditions are possible Thursday along and west of U.S. Highway 385.  The Storm Prediction Center has kept a 15% probability of severe storms for Thursday south of a line from Norton, KS to Gove City, KS.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
